The majority of Germany Close Up groups are organized together with Jewish partner organizations based in North America. These organizations represent a wide spectrum of Jewish life in the United States and Canada to ensure that our programs reach out to and reflect the diversity of Jewish life in North America today. Whilst we have many longstanding partnerships, we also welcome inquiries from potential new partners.
To date, our partner organizations have included universities (Hebrew Union College, the Jewish Theological Seminary, the American Jewish University, and Yeshiva University), and non-profit and Jewish organizations, such as the American Jewish Committee, the Anti-Defamation League, Hillel, the Council of Jewish Emigré Community Organizations, the Orthodox Union, Classrooms without Borders, the Bronfman Youth Fellowships and He’bro. We always welcome new partnerships with interested organizations.
In Germany, we cooperate closely with the New Synagogue Berlin - Centrum Judaicum Foundation and are supported in our work by various synagogues and Jewish communities.
